Have you got something to share?  On a monthly, ongoing basis, sponsorship opportunities exist to showcase your products, ideas or services to this group in a relaxed yet semi-formal environment.  From an efficiency perspective, how convenient would it be having a room of focused professionals able to hear your message simultaneously?  With everyone's complicated schedules, regular meetings with fleet professionals has become an irregularity, if not an impossibility.  Purposefully, our meetings are held in the evening, away from the workplace (and are well attended).
